• Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date.

• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition

• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see our Damaged Products Policy)

• All returns will be credited to the original credit card or method of payment used at the time of purchase

• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted

• We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. Certain ingredients (e.g. retinol, glycolic or salicylic acid) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. • All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
