At Aliques Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  

RETURN POLICY

Aliques Wellness is committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If this is the case, please make sure to read our return policy.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date.

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition

  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see our Damaged Products Policy)

  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card or method of payment used at the time of purchase

  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted

  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. Certain ingredients (e.g. retinol, glycolic or salicylic acid) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. Please read the ingredients carefully. If you have any questions about a product, please contact Aliques Wellness at 636-486-7546 prior to making your purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.

  • All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY

While Aliques Wellness is committed to shipping your product with the up most care, sometimes accidents happen. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 10 days for a free replacement. Damaged items will be replaced and shipped with no additional cost. Damaged Items will not be replaced after 10 days.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Purchase and use of an Aliques Wellness gift card constitutes acceptance of the gift card terms, conditions and policies. This card contains value which may only be used to purchase goods and services at Aliques Wellness.  Present this card at time of purchase and amounts will be deducted from the card balance. Cards will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed. This card cannot be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash.
